Marée haute

What trace remains of a sensation? An emotion? An encounter? Does our body keep a trace of it? Is it only skin deep, or is it buried deep down? Or does everything that passes through us leave only an ephemeral imprint, like an echo that fades away? Marée haute is a secret ritual in which the choreographer lets her body and her memory of the world lead the dance. Movements and voices escape and images emerge in spite of themselves.

Through a sensual dialogue, in its raw state, between the dancer and pictorial art, the piece proposes a deep dive into the material to leave a trace, to question the world, to move forward.
